3 issues with my first and last order. 1-Did not deliver when and where requested, had to go pick flowers up ourselves. 2-Had already sold our arrangement within 2 hours of not delivering it, had to wait for them to make a new one. 3-Did not keep the sender anonymous, allowed her to guess for it and gave hints.
